In this fast, funny, and fiercely nostalgic format, three teams of two compete to guess which people, objects, and cultural moments are older or younger than the next — all played out across a dramatic studio set featuring five giant screens.
In Round One, players tackle famous faces — from pop stars to presidents — using visual clues and iconic moments to guide their guesses. Round Two challenges them with familiar objects, from Walkmans to microwaves, testing how well they remember the age of the everyday. In Round Three, the focus shifts to iconic films, music, and major TV moments, sparking big memories and even bigger debates. After each round, the lowest scoring team is eliminated, until one pair remains.
In the grand finale, the winners face a 60-second timeline challenge, sorting five cultural artefacts in the correct chronological order to win £5,000.
Hosted by a quick-witted comedian Are You Old Enough to Know Better? blends nostalgia, storytelling, and light-hearted competition — perfect for access prime or early evening slots, with built-in interactivity perfect for playing along.
